Japanese IT firm NEC pauses new orders, supplies, invest to Russia

TOKYO, Mar 22 (PRIME) -- Japanese IT giant NEC has suspended work with Russia, the company said on Tuesday in a statement.

“Following the requirements of the government of Japan, NEC Group has paused acceptance of new orders, supplies, as well as investment in products and services in Russia,” the company said.

NEC is a multinational information technology and electronics corporation.
